Free shipping is offered to clients that located within a 50 kilometre radius of our warehouse (depending on the product or service required). Terms & conditions apply in order to be eligible for free shipping, depending on your order item & quantity. Fell free to contact us for further question and inquiries in regards with shipping.  

For personal carrier, please notify us (Virtoso) if you want your order to be shipped via a specific carrier. If yes, please provide your account number with the carrier when you place the order. Be noticed that freight charges will be applied if your shipping choice is not transmitted to us before placing the order. All charges will be applied to your Virtoso Invoice.  

In some cases;

  • Same day Shipping will be available 

  • Autoship Arrangements will be available 

  • Drop Shipping to your customers could be available 


If you (the client) are unsatisfied or receive defective items, you could be eligible to return your shipment by contacting us through our company e-mail or by simply calling us. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in original packaging and must not have been used. Some products/services might not be eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Custom products/services can be eligible for return or exchange if the product appears to be defected upon delivery or if the wrong product/service has been delivered to you. Product description should but must not indicate return, exchange or store credit policies. Please contact our support team for further inquiries on return, exchange or store credit policies. 



Virtoso, (the seller), reserve ownership of the property (product/service), until full payment of the sale price is received. The terms of payment must be respected at all time to avoid addition fees. Your first order must be paid in full on delivery or in part, when the order is placed (terms and conditions apply), and all purchase orders after will be subject to our regular payment terms of Net 30 days. Virtoso reserve the right to in-force any balance due with interest at a rate of 2% per month, or 24% annually. VIRTOSO reserves the right to modify conditions if necessary.

Payments must be made by Check or direct deposit in most cases (please contact Virtoso for a different payment method). In order to set up Direct deposit please contact us and we will send you our account information.

For some products and services such as custom products and services, payments must be received in full when the order is placed, unless there is a discussed agreement. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries in regards with our payment terms & policies.

In regards with Virtoso's policies, we offer our costumers to be served in their language of preference, either English or French, according to the official spoken and written languages in Canada. If the customer has a preference in the language he/she desires to be served, they must make sure they communicate their choice to the on field representative and or not excluded, by contacting our support team.

In the event of a different language preference, our costumer service team might but is not obliged to accommodate the costumer's communication preference in another language than the 2 official languages. Other languages of preference must be indicated to the support team. Currently, Virtoso Canada is proud to announce that we have the flexibility to accommodate our customers in English, French, Spanish, Arabic & Russian.
